After our Monday lunch at Wah Hong Community, members enjoyed a relaxing Tai Chi session together. The gentle movements and calming atmosphere offered a perfect way to unwind and recharge. Tai Chi is ideal for those seeking light fitness, improved balance, and stable movement—especially beneficial for older adults or anyone easing into physical activity. The class was filled with smiles, graceful poses, and a shared sense of wellbeing. It’s a wonderful way to stay active while connecting with others.
