Tai Chi Class 7th of July, 2025

On 7th July 2025, the Tai Chi class welcomed participants of all ages for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection. This gentle activity offered a wide range of benefits—improving balance, reducing stress, and promoting overall well-being. Led by an experienced instructor, the session created a calm and inclusive atmosphere where both beginners and seasoned practitioners felt supported. Attendees appreciated the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and engage with others through purposeful motion. Tai Chi proved not only good for the body, but uplifting for the mind and spirit—a true gift for our community.  A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Woo for generously sharing his time and expertise as our Tai Chi instructor. His patient guidance and warm encouragement created a safe and welcoming space for beginners to explore the practice. We truly appreciate his gentle approach, which helped everyone feel supported and inspired throughout the session.
