On 16th July 2025, our Dumpling Class celebrated the rich culinary heritage of Hong Kong through hands-on learning and storytelling. Participants gathered to fold, fill, and savour these delicate parcels, a beloved tradition passed down through generations. With laughter and flour-dusted fingers, we explored the cultural roots behind each technique, from crafting the perfect pleat to balancing savoury fillings.
