2nd Unity The Hongkonger Community Project 23rd of November 2024
The second of the "Unity the Hongkonger Community Project" gathering will take place at The Broomhall Centre, Broomspring Lane, Broomhall, Sheffield, S10 2FD, on Saturday, 23rd of November, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm. Our goal is to assist new migrants from Hong Kong BNOs in becoming better informed and supported as they integrate into UK life. Through the "Unity the Hongkonger Community Project," Hongkongers may make more friends, share living information, and look after one another. The gathering is free and open to our members and Hongkongers. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with a variety of community services and groups.
This month, We invited two teachers to join our project.
-Wendy Ling (Primary teacher) Hong Kong primary school Chinese teachers provide Chinese classes for children ages 4 to 14 (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Seating is limited, based on first come, first served.
Lee Furness (English Teacher) will teach practical English for daily living it will be fun to be engaged with the group and interactive.
Lunch will be provided, so please ensure you booking your place via Google form.
