Happy Chinese New Year or Xin Nian Kuai Le

Rotherham Wah Hong Chinese Association welcomes the year of the Pig on the 16th of Febraury 2019 sharing a community event at United Methodist Church, Clifton, Rotherham.

Distinguished guests, members and friends were entertained with the traditional lion dance and various Chinese cultural performances followed by a Chinese style buffet. Thanks to their generosity a sum of £65 was raised through sales of raffle tickets and was donated to Rotherham commUNITY central – in crisis/poverty fund.

We aim to continue sharing our traditional Chinese values and cultures with Rotherham's diverse communities to promote healthy community support and cohesion.
