In June 2026, our Table Tennis Group continued to run successfully through the Sport of England project, which supported member-led participation activities.

Rather than formal training sessions, the group provided opportunities for members to organise their own games, play socially, and enjoy table tennis in a friendly and inclusive environment.

The funding enabled us to provide access to equipment, facilities, and a welcoming space where participants could engage in regular physical activity. Members of varying skill levels took part, supporting each other and building confidence through regular play.

We were grateful to Sport of England for enabling these opportunities, which helped strengthen community connections and promote healthier, more active lifestyles.
