Cohesion of Rotherham Project - Dialogue Dinner

Thank you Rotherham Council to supported Our Dialogue Dinner brought together over 35 participants from diverse backgrounds for an evening of meaningful connection and conversation. The event commenced with a delicious shared meal, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for open dialogue.

Using carefully crafted table cards, participants engaged in thoughtful discussions centered on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. The structured format ensured everyone had the opportunity to share their perspectives and experiences, fostering genuine understanding across different communities.

The Dialogue Dinner format proved highly effective in sparking authentic conversations, breaking down barriers, and building bridges between participants. Through food and facilitated discussion, we created a safe space where diverse voices were heard, respected, and celebrated, strengthening community cohesion across Rotherham.
