We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Mirban Hussain at Rotherham Hospice for offering us the opportunity to deliver the “Essential Phrases: English to Cantonese” training sessions for hospice staff, held on 27th June and 3rd July 2025 at Rotherham Hospice.

Since 2021, over 2,000 Hongkongers with BNO visas have made Rotherham their home. As the demand for hospice services grows, it’s vital that frontline staff are equipped to provide culturally sensitive care. These sessions aim to support Rotherham Hospice staff in better understanding and assisting Hongkonger residents during critical moments.
